Daniel Seguinot Chablis CHABLIS, FRANCE

A taut, crisp and linear Chablis, the fresh, flinty nose then leads to vibrant, fleshy fruit; very much the Séguinot style with a core of excellent quality Chardonnay and tight, mineral backbone.

Lush aromas of blackcurrant leaf, kaffir lime leaf, elderflower and boxwood explode from the glass. The palate is rich, offering fresh green mango, passion fruit & guava. Persistent finish coupled with the classic Isabel wet-stone minerality, makes this wine extremely refreshing.

San Marzano ‘Edda Lei Bianco’ APULIA, ITALY

A distinctive blend delivering aromas of sun-ripened peach and mellow floral aromatics, which are interwoven with delicate hints of vanilla. Fresh and beautifully balanced, the rounded palate is elegantly styled and has a touch of minerality on the finish.

Nielson by Byron Pinot Noir SANTA BARBARA, USA

Delightfully lifted, pure and perfectly poised Pinot Noir... this is juicy seductive stuff. It’s approachable with a floral and mineral character typical of Santa Barbara. Classically varietal with wild strawberry fruit, subtle gamey-ness and cracked black pepper. Ten months in French oak softens out this wine beautifully.

Château Bouscassé ‘Tour de Bouscassé’ MADIRAN, FRANCE

Alain Brumont is a legend of Madiran, a little-known appellation in the south-west of France whose early wine-making history was associated with communion wine. A blend of 60–70% Tannat with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet France making up the balance. Full bodied, the palate has abundant richness and a chewy mouth-feel featuring flavours of black cherries and liquorice followed by leather, scorched earth and spice. It finishes dry with firm robust tannins. Think fuller bodied Claret.

Dona Paula ‘Blue Edition’ Velvet Blend MENDOZA, ARGENTINA

An intense, complex and vibrant array of fresh fruit aromas are displayed in this stunning Argentinian blend. Wild berry notes come from the Malbec, cherry flavours from the Pinot Noir and the Bonarda imparts juicy layers of blackberry and redcurrant. A voluminous palate with silky tannins leads to a long and pleasant finish.

San Felice ‘Il Grigio’ Chianti Classico Riserva TUSCANY, ITALY

An exemplary Chianti Riserva from esteemed producer San Felice. It’s elegant yet generous with layers of meaty, balsamic notes plus berry fruit and spice. Aromas of plush red fruit and blackberries, with spicy, savoury tobacco characteristics. The textured palate opens up to show dense rich fruit, with layers of black cherry, spice and savoury notes. A lush and complex red, long and full on the finish.

Bodegas Ondarre Reserva RIOJA, SPAIN
Vegetarian and Vegan

The latest vintage of this very popular wine is, in our opinion, the best they’ve made yet. Leather, vanilla and spice of traditionally made Rioja enveloped in a smooth and textured palate. Balanced, with ripe, wild strawberries and integrated tannins through to a long, lingering finish.

Magpie Estate ‘Knock Knock’ Shiraz BAROSSA VALLEY, AUSTRALIA

Blockbuster Barossa Shiraz with great depth and character. Typical deep colour, dense sweet black berry fruits on the nose, has a lovely savoury almost meaty character with hints of black pepper and oak. Bright, juicy and fresh on the palate - black cherry and plum with a meaty savouriness, the long aging in oak means it's really well integrated and allows the fruit to shine. Long and rich with good acidity, and toastiness on the finish.
