An exciting find from the depths of Chile. Deliciously long, bright, textural Pinot from cold, stony vineyards deep in the Central Valley’s old glacial riverbeds. Summer fruits of red currant, raspberry and wild strawberries on the nose follow through to a juicy palate. A touch of oak adds spice complexity.

Waterkloof Circle of Life White STELLENBOSCH, SOUTH AFRICA Vegetarian and Vegan

In late 2018 I went to South Africa visiting Mr Boutinot, whose beautiful vineyard is all Organic. This lovely wine stood out for me. This year I will be researching and tasting more wines from Organic vineyards, as I feel this is the way to go.
